Safety operation procedures of slitting machine:

1. Check whether the machine and equipment are normal and scrub the roller clean:

2. Install the mold and blade equal to the required diaphragm width in the corresponding position, and the mold and blade shall not have oil, dust, rust and other sharp blades

3. Install the paper tube sleeve for winding on the winding shaft

4. Fix the diaphragm to be slipped on the diaphragm frame behind the machine, and the diaphragm must be fixed, and it shall not move left and right and shake up and down.

5. Pull the diaphragm apart to align the blade position into a small diaphragm of the desired size, and fix it on the paper tube sleeve. The diaphragm shaft needs to be slit, and the mold, blade shaft and winding shaft need to be flush.

6. Turn on the power switch, start the machine, try slitting, and check whether it meets the required size requirements.

7. After confirming that it is qualified, adjust the appropriate speed to slitting the diaphragm.

8. After the slitting of the whole roll of diaphragm, turn off the power switch of the machine, paste a sticker on the surface of the small roll of diaphragm, and mark the specifications and models.

9. After the slitted diaphragm is qualified by QA inspection, it should be stored in a plastic bag or carton for dust-proof use, or transferred to the next process for winding

Safety precautions for slitting machine:

1: Check whether the overalls are buttoned in strict accordance with the company's regulations

2: Before starting the machine, check whether there are debris and lubricating oil in each rotating part.

3: If there is any abnormal situation during operation, it must be stopped for inspection, and it is strictly forbidden to deal with it during operation.

4: It is strictly forbidden to operate the machine during maintenance, and if it needs to be maintained, it must be jogged and stopped before maintenance.

5: It is strictly forbidden for irrelevant personnel to touch the switch device.
