Test items

1. Run the test continuously

• 24-hour uninterrupted operation, recording equipment start-up, operation and shutdown data

• Monitor changes in productivity during operation

• Document any unusual downtime or malfunction conditions

2. Durability test of mechanical components

• Spindle bearing temperature rise monitoring

• Tool wear check

• Drivetrain stability assessment

• Slitting accuracy is recorded over time

3. Electrical system stability test

• Control system response time monitoring

• Motor load change record

• Detection of temperature rise of electrical components

• Verification of the effectiveness of safety protection devices

4. Environmental adaptability test

• Performance at different ambient temperatures (e.g. 15-35°C)

• Effect of humidity changes on equipment operation

• Stability under voltage fluctuations (±10% of rated voltage)

Test Standards

1. Continuous operation for 24 hours without failure

2. The slitting accuracy is kept within ±0.1mm

3. The temperature rise of the surface of the equipment does not exceed the ambient temperature +15°C

4. Noise level≤75dB(A)

5. Mean time between failures (MTBF) ≥ 5000 hours

Data Logging Requirements

• Record key parameters (temperature, speed, accuracy, etc.) every hour

• Record all abnormal events and how to deal with them

• Keep complete operation logs and alarm records

• Compare the performance of the equipment before and after the test

Analysis of test results

1. Evaluate whether the equipment meets industrial-grade reliability standards

2. Identify potential points of failure and room for improvement

3. Provide data support for equipment maintenance cycles

4. Verify the equipment design life expectancy

Suggestions for follow-up improvements

Based on the test results, a device optimization plan is proposed, which may include:

• Material upgrades for key components

• Cooling system improvements

• Control system algorithm optimization

• Preventive maintenance schedule adjustments
